The client’s brief was clear: a kitchen that could keep up with the rhythm of everyday family life, while transforming effortlessly into a stylish space for entertaining. With large bifold doors opening out to a beautifully landscaped garden, the kitchen needed to blur the boundaries between inside and out, creating a seamless transition that maximised both space and light.
Our solution was to create a bold, handleless kitchen design defined by clean lines, minimalist surfaces, and a carefully curated material palette — all elevated by premium appliances and bespoke storage solutions.
The Heart of the Home: The Expansive Island
Anchoring the space is a stunning navy blue slab island — a visual centerpiece that balances modern sophistication with timeless appeal. Clad in a matte finish for a soft yet durable surface, the island offers more than just aesthetic value. It houses a high-performance Neff Induction Hob, a Quooker tap for instant boiling water, and an integrated sink, creating an ultra-efficient culinary zone.
This impressive island is topped with luxurious quartz worktops, chosen for their durability, low maintenance, and elegant look. The quartz surface offers a subtle sheen and a cool, contemporary edge that perfectly complements the deep navy cabinetry and ties into the surrounding finishes.
With generous worktop space and room for casual seating, the island is the ideal gathering spot — whether the family is grabbing breakfast on a busy morning or hosting friends for an evening of conversation and cocktails.
Hidden Utility, Seamless Design
One of the standout features of this kitchen is it’s hidden utility room, cleverly concealed behind a secret door that blends seamlessly with the marble grey slab tall cabinetry. This discreet design ensures that essential functionality is always close at hand, without compromising the minimalist aesthetic.
Out of sight but never out of mind, the utility space is equipped with ample storage, laundry appliances, and additional prep surfaces, along with a sink and broom cupboard — keeping the main kitchen clear and clutter-free.

One of our favourite details is the tea and coffee pantry — a bespoke addition designed for the family’s daily rituals. Lined with warm oak drawers, the pantry is both practical and inviting, offering dedicated storage for mugs, teas, and coffee essentials in a space that feels like a secret luxury. On the door, to add a perfect touch of luxury is an Oak Spice rack, keeping all the important ingredients perfectly to hand.
Bringing the Outdoors In
Thanks to full-width bifold doors, the kitchen opens directly onto the garden, creating a light-filled environment that shifts effortlessly from day to night, from weekday meals to weekend parties.
