Every room we create is as unique as the family who’ll use it. At Stonemill, we guide you through every stage of your project with care, expertise, and a personal touch. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or just a spark of inspiration, we’ll work alongside you to bring your dream home to life.
Ideas & Inspiration
Stonemill take pride in every kitchen we design and install, knowing that each client is unique in their vision for their space. Some of our clients have a clear picture of what they would like to achieve, others find inspiration from our website portfolio, Houzz profile or by visiting our showroom. Whether you have your plan fully formed or are still trying to decide what to do, our Stonemill team will walk with you every step of the way.
Consultation & Measurements
Our talented designers will then arrange a face to face consultation to discuss further ideas and to take measurements of the renovation space. Our designers will offer expert advice to ensure each aspect of the kitchen will flow together seamlessly, building a rapport with you, our client, to fully understand your ultimate end goal. Stonemill’s specialists can advise on all areas of the process from design, and installation through to interior design and finishing touches.
Design & Contracts
We use this phase to develop a number of computer generated images to help you appreciate all potential options for your space. All clients are provided with 3D and 2D digital plans of their new kitchen. We can then tweak aspects to suit each client’s taste and add any features you wish to enhance the design or layout. Once you are happy with the overall look of your new kitchen, we send out a final digital image along with our Stonemill Kitchens Contract of Works and Terms and Conditions documents.
Planning & Installation
This stage looks for Stonemill to finalise our Contract of Works with yourselves, which includes agreeing on an overall price, intended payment choice, and a time frame for the project. We will also require a copy of our Contract and Terms and Conditions to be signed by you and ourselves to cover each party throughout this process.
Once you pay the deposit, the installation process can start! It’s really not as messy as it looks, our professional Kitchen Fitters work efficiently to keep the upheaval to a minimum. Also, Don’t worry if you decide you would like to add extra touches to your kitchen along the way, the contract can be adjusted according to meet your requirements. We know how important a new kitchen is to our clients and want to ensure we achieve the exact result you are looking for.
Completion
Upon completion of your new kitchen, we will inspect your property to ensure all works have been finalised and ensure everything is installed up to our high standard. This is the final opportunity to request any additional changes or alterations to be made. Depending on your request, a fee may be applicable and the works may need to scheduled for a future date.
Aftercare
This is one of the Stonemill teams favourite stages for each new kitchen installed – the THANK YOU!
One of the team will arrange a visit with you to have a chat and gain some feedback on how your Stonemill Kitchen is performing. On occasion and with your permission, they will take some photos of your kitchen, along with any special features you have added, and put an article together for our social media pages and make it the “Feature Project” in Our Portfolio on our website – we do love to show off our work!
